The US$20 million will be drawn instantly and go towards the company\u2019s stability sheet, whilst make sure Cluff\u2019s Sega project in Burkina Faso leftovers funded during development.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Nickel\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greatmining.com\/images\/nickel.gif\" alt=\"Nickel\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The MoU provides a general framework for the possible long-term funding of the Baomahun gold project in Sierra Leone, subject to the outcome of the possibility study, and other development chances, Cluff said.
