Ero Copper’s President and CEO, Craig Hayes, stated that the company was pleased to report record copper and gold production in its first quarter of 2021.

He commented that the advancements in production were a result of the company’s focus on operational efficiency and the successful expansion of its operations. The company also reported strong financial results. Revenues for the quarter were up 20% from the prior quarter, reaching $96.4 million. Net income for the quarter was $40.9 million, up from $35.3 million in the prior quarter.

Ero Copper is optimistic about its outlook for the remainder of 2021. The company plans to increase its production through exploration and development work at its various mines, as well as through additional investments in its Brazilian operations. The company believes this will position it for long-term success and further growth in the future.
