Orla Mining Ltd. has announced its plans to expand its operations into Nevada, USA. The Vancouver-based gold exploration and development company will acquire a portfolio of mineral properties in the state, including the Copper King Project in Elko County. The Copper King Project is located in the prolific Carlin Trend gold district and consists of a total of 1,155 unpatented lode mining claims. It covers an area of approximately 5,800 hectares and is adjacent to a number of major gold projects. The project contains two high-grade gold zones, the Copper King Zone and the North Copper King Zone. The North Copper King Zone contains significant amounts of high-grade gold mineralization, with reported intercepts of 4.7 g/t gold over 48.8 metres, 2.6 g/t gold over 57 metres, and 3.2 g/t gold over 34.1 metres. Orla Mining plans to explore these zones in the coming months and ultimately develop the copper king into a profitable gold mining operation. The company is also looking to acquire additional mineral properties in the region to further expand its presence in Nevada. This move marks a significant milestone for Orla Mining, which is now well positioned to capitalize on the rapidly growing gold mining sector in the state. With its new gold projects, Orla Mining is set to become a major player in the Nevada gold industry.
